• Jordyn Jackson

    MANAGER & COACH

I am a Penn State graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Applied Exercise and Health. I am a certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.

I starting working out in 2016, at the time I didn’t know I would fall in love with the idea of being able to transform my body both physically and mentally through training and nutrition. As my passion for the gym continued to grow I knew I wanted to share my knowledge of health and fitness to help others have similar experiences to mine.

My goal is to help motivate and inspire as many individuals as I can on becoming the best versions of themselves and allow them to understand how each day is new opportunity to be better than yesterday!

    COACH

Hi, I am a Liberty graduate from the exercise science program and pursuing a masters in strength and conditioning. I have my strength and conditioning certification through National Strength and Conditioning Association. I competed in track and field for 5 years at Liberty as a pole vaulter which is where I began to develop my passion for coaching and helping others be active and healthy.

Through my time studying exercise and the human body I learned how to apply that passion to help others live a healthy lifestyle and achieve their goals in a way that is effective and enjoyable!

    COACH

I am a Liberty University graduate with a degree in Exercise Science: Strength and Conditioning. I have an Exercise Physiologist certification from the American College of Sports Medicine.

My passion for exercise and fitness began when I was 15 and started dancing. I loved dancing, especially ballet, but I quickly realized the amount of strength and flexibility I needed to make dancing look effortless. I quickly grew to love working out and have since loved helping others reach their fitness goals.

My goal is to encourage others to not only reach their fitness goals but to have fun with it! I want people to learn to make exercise a lifestyle and to celebrate every achievement along the way.
