    It is her passion to have people fall in love with fitness. One of her favorite quotes is “Fitness is not being better than anyone else. It’s about being better than you used to be.” Training individuals to be better versions of themselves is where she finds her true joy.

    Hi, I am a Liberty graduate from the exercise science program and pursuing a masters in strength and conditioning. I have my strength and conditioning certification through National Strength and Conditioning Association. I competed in track and field for 5 years at Liberty as a pole vaulter which is where I began to develop my passion for coaching and helping others be active and healthy.

    Through my time studying exercise and the human body I learned how to apply that passion to help others live a healthy lifestyle and achieve their goals in a way that is effective and enjoyable!

    My love for fitness started with my own journey, learning how to challenge myself physically and mentally. It quickly grew into a passion for helping others do the same. I’ve been a group fitness instructor for about three years, with specialties in barre, human reformer pilates, and strength-based formats. 

    One of my favorite reminders is, “You don’t have to be extreme, just consistent.” It’s not about being perfect. It’s about showing up, doing the work, and becoming just a little better each day.
